Cubs News: David Ross' son gets entire team laughing |
Former Chicago Cubs catcher
David Ross celebrated his 41st birthday on Monday hanging out with the team and his son Cole.
His son actually led the pre-warm up conversations for the team and was cracking some jokes about his old man and other topics including the family's fridge and a safari trip. Cubs manager Joe Maddon told reporters on Monday that Cole has a future as a comedian. "I'm going to become his agent," he said. "I just ask him to remain humble when the guy becomes a superstar. It's really funny stuff. David came in the other day and showed me a video of Cole in front of the school, the whole student body, doing a standup comedy routine."
