The Chicago Cubs might be losing some of their talented executives this offseason as teams try to improve their ballclub.
The San Francisco Giants have reportedly interviewed Jason McLeod, the Cubs' senior vice president of player development and amateur scouting according to Cubs insider Bruce Levine. His contract with the Cubs lasts through the 2021 season and he makes close to $1 million annually. McLeod has been with the Cubs the last seven seasons as he joined the same time that Theo Epstein came to the North Side.
