WATCH: Cubs smash back-to-back homers vs. Diamondbacks

The Chicago Cubs offense is heating up in the desert as Kyle Schwarber and Alex Avila smashed back-to-back homers against the Diamondbacks.

It was the sixth time this season that the Cubs have hit back-to-back homers with Schwarber being involved in five of them.

Schwarber's homer had an exit velocity of 108 MPH, went 449 feet, and it was his 19th homer of the season including the 35th homer of his career.

Avila's homer with the Cubs was his second overall which went an estimated 443 feet and had an exit velocity of 106 MPH.
