WATCH: Cubs release Home Opener video

It's finally here.

The home opener at Wrigley Field is finally upon us as well as chilly conditions.

The Chicago Cubs (5-4) released an impressive video of the special day as the team will host the first place Pittsburgh Pirates (7-2) on Monday afternoon at 1:20 p.m. CT.

The video shows some of the renovations and hard work that has been going on this offseason to make today possible.

The North Siders are trying for their third straight National League Central Crown as well as making it back to the World Series.
