The Chicago Cubs (47-43) will battle the Pittsburgh Pirates (44-45) at Wrigley Field in Chicago, IL on Friday at 1:10 p.m. CDT.

Lineup notes: Backup catcher Victor Caratini will once again catch for Yu Darvish and rookie Robel Garcia gets another start at second base. The Cubs will have plenty of late pinch-hit options with Contreras, David Bote, and Addison Russell on the bench.
