The Chicago Cubs are in the offseason, signifying forthcoming adjustments to both the roster and coaching staff.

According to MLB insider Jon Heyman, the Cubs are set to part ways with game strategy coach Craig Driver and bullpen coach Chris Young.

Driver and Young have been part of the Cubs since after the 2019 season, coinciding with the beginning of David Ross' managerial tenure.

This move suggests the Cubs are seeking fresh perspectives and ideas from the coaching staff, rather than implying poor performance this season.

As of now, there are no reports of any other members of the coaching staff being released, but we will have to wait and see how everything unfolds during this offseason.
