The coronavirus is certainly not under control in most parts of the country as spikes are happening in places like Florida, Arizona, and South Carolina.

Baseball is trying to work through the pandemic as players are trying their best in these tough circumstances.

The latest player to test positive for COVID-19 is former Cubs closer Aroldis Chapman who helped the Northsiders win the World Series in 2016.

His manager Aaron Boone updated the 32-year-old's condition to reporters on Saturday.

"He has mild symptoms, but he's doing well," he said.

Chapman will have to quarantine himself and get two negative tests before he can return to Yankees camp.

This is the third positive for COVID-19 for the Yankees with Chapman, D.J. Lemahieu, and Luis Cessa.

Everyone at CubsHQ hopes that all of them have a full recovery from this illness.
