CHICAGO — With his first long ball of the year, Chicago Cubs center fielder
Ian Happ crushed a moonshot out to straightaway center field on Sunday. The 428-foot blast led off the bottom of the third.
Putting the Cubs up 3-0 over the Pittsburgh Pirates, Happ's dinger at Wrigley Field came on a slider thrown by Pirates starter Mitch Keller. The solo blast sported an exit velocity of 108.2 mph and a launch angle of 30 degrees.
