NEW YORK — Hitting a 2-run blast beyond right field in the Chicago Cubs' clash with the New York Mets at Citi Field, Cubs shortstop Javier Baez put the Cubs up 4-1 in the sixth inning on Tuesday. The dinger, which bounced off the padding at the top of the wall, marked Baez's 29th home run of the season.

Taking Mets starter Marcus Stroman deep on a fastball, Baez swatted the homer after Cubs third baseman Kris Bryant led off with a double. The opposite-field round-tripper left the bat at 105 miles per hour and sported a launch angle of 26 degrees.
