Not only send Maddon a copy, but play it on a looped feed. I'm livid that Maddon wants to play Happ nearly every day, while saying that Almora is "Not ready to be an everyday player yet."
Playing Happ daily is going to cost the Cubs runs (and a lot of them), both offensively and defensively. He can't hit worth a ####, and his defense (whether at CF, LF, RF, 2B, 1B, or 3rd) isn't all that impressive either. Even if he spends most of his time at 2B while Russell is out, he's still not nearly as good as Zo, although defensively, he may be faster than Descalso. With a things equal though (Happ's [lack of] hitting vs Descalso's), Maddon is most likely to err on the side of age.
I'll never wish injury on a player, but if Happ woke up tomorrow and decided to retire, I wouldn't upset.
