This guy has been a huge disappointment ever since he arrived in Chicago. Overpaid and underachieving. Always one thing or another with Taillon. They need to sign Montgomery and move on. Cubs blew their chance with Chapman at this base and now waiting around to see if they can sign Montgomery to a team friendly contract. Owners act like they are a small market team with no finances
