Baez can play an amazing five positions with 1st, 2nd, SS, 3B and the outfield. He is the new super utility player that Joe Maddon loves and will work him in to give different people day's off.

He has also had good reviews in center field in practice and is the primary backup to Anthony Rizzo at first base.
