Jack Flaherty (4-3, 3.76) vs. Jon Lester (4-4, 3.32)

Game two of 3-game set. Lester looking for his second quality start this week. Schwarber back in the leadoff spot for the Cubs.

B4 — Another scary foul situation. Luckily, a foul shot down the 1B line by Schwarber hits an empty seat. Schwarber can't even look to see where it lands. Right after that, he skies a dinger out to right-center. 407-foot HR lined out to tie game.

B6 — Caratini comes through! Bases-clearing double into LF corner. Cubs used small ball to load bases with no outs, & Caratini (who pinch hit for Lester) made it 7-4. 7 unanswered runs for Cubs.
