You'd think Davis would have been a good hitting coach with his history as a player. Apparently not though- at least not for Chicago.

Davis was exactly the same as a coach as he was a player, mediocre.

Not sure mediocre...he did have 350 homers and 2380 hits... but yea that is when everyone played 20 years and you could get some good career stats.
