WGN is the reason I am a Cubs fan now. Losing those national reach games will hurt the Cubs find that next generation of fans.

WGN has not carried the Cubs nationally for several years now. MLB and cable companies stopped carrying the games because of national contracts with ESPN, FOX, MLB Network, etc. WGN was the flagship for the WB network and they needed the prime time hours to show those TV shows.

WGN meant "Cubs Baseball" when I was a kid. Now, you get about 100 hours of "Cops" every week (at least on the satellite version of the channel). "Go Cubs Go" still says 'You can catch it all on WGN."
