Series finale between the NL Central foes. Could be trouble in today's game after the Puig HBP yesterday. Cubs aiming to win their first road series in quite some time.

M1 — Plenty of small ball in the form of IF dribblers for the Cubs in the 1st. Schwarber slides in safely at 1B for leadoff single that was partially enabled by a rushed flip from Votto. 3 straight groundouts after that. Schwarber ends up making it to 3B but is left stranded.

T3 — Potential fan interference situation by Reds fan on his own left fielder. Rizzo hits foul ball down LF side that could've potentially been caught. Fan reaches out & kind of prevents Ervin from getting to it.

M3 — Inning over on fan interference. Cubs arguing the call. Rizzo upset. It's hard to guarantee that Ervin would've made the catch. It's also a weird situation b/c a home fan interfered w/ the home team but it ended up hurting the road team.

What's interesting is that's another positive that could come from pole-to-pole netting is no more Bartman-like situations on foul balls. Understandable for the Cubs to be upset w/ that call b/c there was no guarantee that Ervin was going to catch that. Fan being escorted away from his seat.
