Every year we wait for J-Hey to get it going offensively. Hopefully, this year will be the year. It's very rare for your RF to be batting eighth in a lineup.

No matter how you slice it, somebody has to bat 8th. I guess be glad that we have a team who can hit consistently 1-8... now if we could just find that consistency.

Lol let me rephrase. I’d rather the highest paid positional player by far on the Cubs not have to bat 8th ...

I don't know what it will take to get Heyward into the 3, 4, 5 spot where he should be. This year can't be any worse than 2018 for him, but if everyone raises their BA by ten points, proportionately, he'll still be the 8 hole man.

Yea... his skill set is not a huge run-producing type. I could see him in the No. 2 hole at some point if he got hot this season or his normal 7 or 8.

He should be a 2-3 hitter, maybe even cleanup, but I don't see that in his future- mainly due to Javy, Bryant, Rizzo needing those spots.
