The article talks about how Bryant is looking to key into his power swing for this years season. Bryant said this about his shoulder "I feel very strong," Also "I can't say enough about how good I feel." The article talks about his stats before his injury and even with his injury his season was not totally a bust

as seen here Overall last season, Bryant posted a .272/.374/.460 slash line with 13 home runs, 52 RBIs and a .834 OPS in 102 games. His 125 wRC+ indicates that he was 25 percent above league average as a hitter, but that was a big step back from both 2017 (146) and '16 (148). The most notable dropoff came in the power department. Bryant's slugging decreased by nearly 80 points from '17 (.537) and he averaged 35.2 plate appearances per homer (22.9 in '17).

Before his injury, in May he was batting an average of 303

What do you expect of Bryant this season?

.280 with 35 homers and 100 RBIs would work for me.

If the Cubs have any chance this year, almost the whole team needs to turn things around. A healthy Bryant would make a difference, but not if he's going it alone.

He would make a huge difference as with any healthy former MVP.

Even before his injuries last year, Bryant somehow looked "off" to me. I can't put my finger on it, but something didn't look right as compared to 2016 & 2017.
