They want to have the Cubs fan base money spent there but just stay away while doing it.

They have cute nicknames for us like FIB's and flatlanders. Love our money, hate us.

Illinoians stream up there because it is basically a third world country and land is cheap. We can buy lake houses for almost nothing and spend more money up there. We represent about 62% of their GNP.
