Cole Hamels was a beast once he wanted to pitch for a team that had a chance (the Cubs). I can't wait to see what he does this year alongside Lester and hopefully Yu Darvish. The Cubs could have a really nice starting rotation this year. it's really nice to see that they are pushing themselves to be better...always good to see.

Lester, Hamels, Hendricks, Quintana and a healthy Darvish could be a very solid rotation. A lot of people are down on Quintana, but he was very quietly solid almost all year last year.

They've got it all together though. That was the problem last year- when the rotation was hot, the bats weren't- when the bats were hot, the bullpen failed, etc. They need to fire on all cylinders at the same time this year.
