This is pretty cool as new Cubs starting pitch Yu Darvish can also pitch left-handed with a 68 MPH fastball and a changeup with a nasty slider.

Of course, I doubt he would ever pitch this way in a game but it would be interesting in a lopsided game for him to get a chance or switch to give the team a different look during a meaningless game. We all know that Cubs manager Joe Maddon likes to experiment with different things during the season just to keep it fresh for the players.

Darvish will be joining all of his new teammates at spring training on 2/13/18.
