Hi,
Can't believe our timing, we are going to Chicago & Milwaukee April 19-29 and are going to miss games at EITHER ballpark! Cubs away when we are in Chciago & then to add insult to injury, Brewers are playing at Chicago while we're in Milwaukee! Major bummer! But we will do a tour of Wrigley Stadium. Is it still fun to hang out in the bars/restaurants before or after a tour or is it dead without a game going on? Is Harry Caray's touristy in a good way or best avoided? Is the food any good or just have some drinks & soak up atmosphere?

Harrys is pretty good. Anytime in Wrigleyville is a good time to me.

That's a bummer on no games being there during your stay. I would like to take that tour of Wrigley Field someday.

I guess the bar scene depends on if you want it crazy or not. It will fairly mellow since there are no games there but that the way I like it.
