I see a whole lot of people demanding Yelich gets tested for steroids, but I don't think so. The guys is on absolute fire, and Bryant has flamed out. KB is running out of excuses. It was the concussion, it was the shoulder, it was the swing, now it's just "an everyday slump." Nobody seems to realize, sometimes guys don't stay good for 5 years.

I was going to let this lie but I just can't.

Kris Bryant is the only legitimate sure thing for the hall of fame on this team. He is slumping not disabled. He will be fine and at the end of the year he will have had another of his good years. Guys like him do not have five good years and then disappear.

I didn't read the article but obviously, Yelich's stats will make anyone look bad this season including Bryant.

Literally, everyone looks like trash compared to him the first month of the season.

I had the same stance last year about Bryant, then everyone convinced me it was his injury (injuries). He looked great in spring training, but he disintegrated within the first 2 weeks of the season. He's gonna want the big bucks in a couple of years, and I can't see the Cubs coming anywhere near close to offering what he'll want, based on what he's really worth.
