Couldn't have described it better. All those areas have got to be addressed, as I have posted in past post. We have to forgo the me attitude and get back to the team effort. Once again it all comes back to the #### free agency, and don't think the players don't know that if they under perform when they are up for free agency it's not as big a payday for them. It just sickens me how free agency has ruined the game of baseball. I can't stand baseball agents, they are mere vultures of the game, dictating when a player can or cannot play, when or when they can or can't be called up from the minors. Kris Bryant is a prime example of the corrupt system. I'm surprised that the corrupt system hasn't filtered down to the Little League, and then again, maybe it has.

.) Stick with a lineup for more than one day
.) Match-ups are so overrated, if your a hitter you should be able to hit a left or right handed pitcher. The same goes for a bona-fide pitcher.
.) If you don't hit, you sit. This business of let him hit his way out of a slump is down right ridiculous. How long do wait? If you are 1-25 then it's time for you to get some hitting help.
.) Be grateful for your God given talent that you are substantially rewarded for, monetarily and otherwise.
.) Think of the fans in the stands that have to work a month just to take their family to one game to pay for your ridiculous salaries for playing a game.
