Jed Hoyer is like a teenager on a date. "I love you." "I will respect you in the morning." ..and, well you know the rest.

Look Jed, we're Cubs fans not idiots. Of course you're shopping Contreras, and of course the Darvish deal was financial. You are off to a bad start. Tell us the truth and quit blowing smoke up our butts.

This core has a whopping one World Series win, nobody is safe. We've not won with them since 2016 so time to bring in a new group. Get what you can get for anyone but stop with the BS, we don't like that stuff.
