Yu can pitch his way out of the doubts and skepticism from fans. The good news there is, pitching is what he does for a living.
The bad news is that he has to grow thicker skin as an individual, and he seems to have a lot of problems with that.
If he can learn to be mentally tough, it will make him a better pitcher. If he pitches scared (of getting bad press, fans riding him, etc) then he is in for a long hard season. He has to learn to be a fighter.
