Cubs lineup vs. Braves, Contreras at LF

It's freezing (38 degrees with wind chills up to mid-20's) but the Cubs are trying to play the game as of now.

Sunday afternoon's batting lineup for the series finale between the Chicago Cubs (7-7) vs. the Atlanta Braves (8-6) at 1:20 p.m. CDT at Wrigley Field will be the following:

Ben Zobrist RF
Tommy La Stella 3B
Kris Bryant 1B
Willson Contreras LF
Victor Caratini C
Javy Baez 2B
Addison Russell SS
Jason Heyward CF
Tyler Chatwood P

Chatwood (0-2, 4.91 ERA) will be on the mound today opposed by righty Julio Teheran (0-1, 7.07 ERA).

Game has been postponed.

The game will be televised on WGN-TV and MLB.TV if the weather permits. Today is Jackie Robinson Day throughout major league baseball. One interesting note via historian Ed Hartig is that Wrigley Field is the only current ballpark that Robinson played in.
