Cubs lineup vs. Cardinals, Baez batting second

The Cubs will finally play a home game this afternoon against the Redbirds after five postponements in the first three weeks of baseball.

Thursday's batting lineup for the game between the Chicago Cubs (7-7) vs. the St. Louis Cardinals (9-7) at 1:20 p.m. CDT at Wrigley Field will be the following:

Albert Almora Jr. CF
Javy Baez 2B
Kris Bryant 3B
Anthony Rizzo 1B
Willson Contreras C
Kyle Schwarber LF
Addison Russell SS
Jason Heyward CF
Jon Lester P

Lester (1-0, 4.40 ERA) will be on the mound today opposed by veteran righty Luke Weaver (2-0, 2.08 ERA).
