Wednesday's batting lineup for the game between the Cubs (89-62) and the Diamondbacks (78-74) at 8:40 p.m. CDT will be the following:

1. Albert Almora Jr. CF
2. Kris Bryant LF
3. Anthony Rizzo 1B
4. Javier Baez 2B
5. Ben Zobrist RF
6. Willson Contreras C
7. David Bote 3B
8. Cole Hamels P
9. Addison Russell SS

It will be a pitching battle between Hamels (9-9, 3.67 ERA) and lefty Robbie Ray (5-2, 4.14).

Veterans Daniel Murphy and Jason Heyward both get a night off for tonight's game.

The Cubs-Reds game will be televised on NBC Sports Chicago.
