The Cubs are hopeful for a solid start for Quintana as the Cubs' bullpen has pitched 22 innings in 3 games with a 0.82 ERA, 17 strikeouts with a 1.00 WHIP. Opponents are batting only .171 against the bullpen. These guys need a break to rest their arms since it's only the first series of the season.
