Saturday afternoon's batting lineup for the first game of the doubleheader between the Cubs (83-57) and the Nationals (69-72) at 2:05 p.m. CDT will be the following: 1. Daniel Murphy 2B 2. Tommy La Stella 3B 3. Anthony Rizzo 1B 4. Ben Zobrist RF 5. Albert Almora Jr. CF 6. Willson Contreras C 7. Addison Russell SS 8. Jaime Garcia P 9. Ian Happ LF It will be a pitching battle between Garcia (3-6, 5.93 ERA) and righty Max Scherzer (16-6, 2.28). It ill be Garcia's 2018 Cubs debut today. Cubs standouts Javier Baez and Kris Bryant are not in the lineup for game 1 to get some rest but more than likely will be in the lineup for game 2 tonight. The Cubs-Nationals game will be televised on NBC Sports Chicago. The second game of the doubleheader will start 45 minutes after the first game and it will be on WGN-TV.
