The Chicago Cubs (17-16) will play against the upstart Colorado Rockies (21-13) at 2:10 p.m. CDT on Wednesday afternoon on CSN Chicago.

Righty Kyle Hendricks will take the mound for the defending World Champions. Rain is in the area so there might be a possible delay in today's game.

The Cubs are currently in third place in the National League Central behind the Cardinals and Reds.

Addison Russell has been scratched from the lineup with right shoulder soreness. Baez will fill in at shortstop. La Stella will move to 2B, Bryant to 3B, Jay to RF, and Almora to CF.
