Cubs send 60 congratulatory pizzas to Astros |
The Houston Astros are now the defending World Series Champions as they won the October classic over the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Cubs management congratulated the Astros on their title on Friday afternoon by sending their front office 60 delicious pizzas from Fuzzy's Pizza. It's somewhat of a World Series tradition as the Cubs received some Giordano's pizza from the Kansas City Royals when the Cubs won it all in 2016. Inside the box, the Cubs wrote," CHEERS! FROM THE CHICAGO CUBS." It's a classy gesture to the Astros as the two teams could meet up next season in the World Series. Check out the picture below.
