Cubs wear NFL jerseys for themed travel day |
The Chicago Cubs have had a miserable three-game set with the Washington Nationals as the North Siders lost two games while waiting over 10 hours in rain delays over the weekend.
Sunday's game was finally postponed and will be played Thursday in Washington D.C. The Cubs were ready to get home for an all-important series against the Brewers as they traveled in their NFL jerseys to celebrate the beginning of the NFL season.
