Cubs News: David Ross donates money, diapers to families in need

Former Chicago Cubs player David 'Grandpa' Ross is trying to help out the Chicago community by teaming up with Walgreens and Huggies to donate diapers for families in need.

Ross presented a $10,000 check and 250,000 diapers to the non-profit, Cradles to Crayons.

"For me, this is a huge honor to represent these two great organizations," Ross said during the press conference. "I have my own kids. You hear these stats that one in three in diaper need. I feel like the luckiest man on the planet when diapers are never anything that I ever have to worry about so very honored again to represent such a big need in Chicago and around the country."
