by - Senior Editor -

Chicago Cubs third baseman Kris Bryant is locked in offensively early this season.

Through two at-bats on Friday night, he has a line-drive double and a no-doubt solo homer against the Marlins. According to Statcast, the homer went 426 feet, had an exit velocity of 109.5 MPH with a launch angle of 28 degrees on a 91.8 MPH two-seam fastball.

So far this season, 10 out of 12 hits by the Cubs have been of the extra-base variety. Bryant has a walk, two doubles, and a homer in only seven at-bats.

Check out this homer below.

Cubs Twitter was happy about the homer.
