by - Senior Writer -

MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin — After trailing 8-0 against the Milwaukee Brewers on Friday, the Chicago Cubs scored five unanswered runs to make a game of it. The fifth such run came on a lined shot by catcher Willson Contreras that carried out beyond left-center field and decreased the Cubs' deficit to three runs.

Marking Contreras' second homer in the past three games, the blast left the bat at 105 miles per hour and sailed 412 feet. The dinger came with two outs in the top half of the fifth inning and was hit off Brewers reliever Chase Anderson.
