Chicago Cubs catcher Willson Contreras appears to be ready for the 2018 regular season.

Contreras crushed a 450-foot homer to left field off of pitcher Reynaldo Lopez to put the Cubs up 1-0 in the fourth inning against the rival Chicago White Sox.

It was his third homer of the spring and to make things even better for the North Siders, infielder Mike Freeman hit a homer in the next at-bat.

Freeman has been sizzling with a .459 average (17-for-37) this spring.
