WATCH: Fowler homers in 1st at-bat since Matheny's firing

What a difference a day makes in the life of Dexter Fowler.

His former manager Mike Mathey was fired by the Cardinals on Saturday after a loss to the Reds. However, on Sunday, Fowler hit a home run in his first-at.

It was like he had a cloud of negativity (Matheny) that was lifted from him. The homer was his 7th dinger of the season.
