WATCH: Happ with beautiful swing on his 14th dinger of season

PHILADELPHIA — Despite his frequent offensive lulls, Chicago Cubs outfielder Ian Happ occasionally comes through with an absolutely perfect swing, and his swat on a 377-foot solo shot against the Philadelphia Phillies perfectly exemplified as much.

Lofting his 14th dinger of the year, Happ got underneath a slider thrown by Phillies reliever Edubray Ramos in the top of the seventh on Saturday. Skying a solo bomb beyond right field at Citizens Bank Park, Happ powered out a 97-mile-per-hour shot with a seemingly effortless swing for his 14th long ball of the year.
