CINCINNATI — Trailing 2-1, the Chicago Cubs knotted up the Cincinnati Reds at two apiece in the top of the sixth inning on Saturday afternoon, thanks to a double by starting pitcher Kyle Hendricks.

Marking the third career double for Hendricks, the RBI two-bagger excited the Cubs bullpen, with the relievers expressing their excitement at the uncommon sight of seeing a pitcher coast into second base with a standup double.
