WATCH: Heyward gives Cubs lead with homer

Chicago Cubs right fielder Jason Heyward hit a solo homer to right field in the fifth inning to put the Cubs up 2-1 against the Giants. The home run was the fifth of the season for Heyward and he didn't hit his fifth homer until his 93rd game (July 29) last season.

The home run had an exit velocity of 107.8 MPH and traveled an estimated 373 feet with the wind blowing in at Wrigley Field.
