Chicago Cubs second baseman Javy Baez is a magician on the diamond with his defensive abilities.

MLB Network's Kevin Millar interviewed Baez on Monday about his quick tags at second base.

"If you're early to the bag, you can move around and get out of his lane," Baez said about a baserunner.

During the interview, Baez shared that he grew up playing centerfield and catcher before making the transition to shortstop and second base.
