Anthony Rizzo at leadoff might be just what the doctor ordered in 2017 for the Chicago Cubs.

Rizzo nailed a homer in back-to-back games at the leadoff position. It was on the very first pitch of the ball game against Mets starter Matt Harvey. The homer traveled an estimated 414 feet. Rizzo is the first Cubs player to leadoff with a homer in back-to-back games since outfielder Tyler Colvin in 2010.

Rizzo is now tied for 9th in Cubs history with leadoff homers (2) and he is 14th all-time on the Cubs home run list with 148 career dingers.
