
Cubs News: Maddon named finalist for NL Manager of the Year |
Cubs skipper Joe Maddon was named a finalist for National League Manager of the Year on Monday evening. Maddon won the award last season with his first season with the Cubs.
The other finalists were Dodgers manager Dave Roberts and Nationals manager Dusty Baker. Maddon's 200 wins in two seasons with the Cubs is the most in the franchise since Frank Chase in 1909-1910.
