It's official: Schwarber to make World Series roster

Cubs catcher Kyle Schwarber will make the World Series roster according to a team release on Tuesday morning.

Schwarber went 1-for-3 with a double, walk, and a run scored playing for the Mesa Solar Sox in the Arizona Fall League on Monday afternoon.

In 2015, Schwarber hit .246 with 16 home runs, 43 RBIs with an excellent .842 OPS in only 69 games (273 at-bats) in his rookie season. In nine career postseason games, he hit .333 with five homers in only nine games.
