CHICAGO — In honor of the Toronto Raptors' recent NBA Finals triumph, Nick Nurse, the head coach of the Raptors, sang during the seventh-inning stretch at Friday's game between the Chicago Cubs and the San Diego Padres. In addition to donning a Cubs hat and a Cubs jersey, Nurse completed the Cubs-themed outfit with Harry Caray glasses.
Sporting oversized black frames reminiscent of the ones that Caray was known for wearing, Nurse chose to style himself after the most iconic stretch singer of all time when singing "Take Me Out of the Ballgame" at the Friendly Confines. Nurse is an Iowa native and was a diehard Cubs fan who regularly attended games at Wrigley Field while growing up. Nurse also threw out the ceremonial first pitch before the game on Friday and chatted with Cubs manager Joe Maddon, too.

Honestly no idea why Nick Nurse is throwing out a first pitch for the cubs, but it was better than the last time... pic.twitter.com/jamwe4aTyW
