Way too early for me to grade any of of the coaches. By the end of the first half I'll be able to give my opinion on their performance.

I hate the way they game has changed. Everything is analytics. Look in the the dugout and everyone has their iPad out. Literally watch the game unfold through your eyes, there's a lot to be learned that way. These are the suppose to be baseball players not math mathematicians. It just seems like the game has become so technical that the fun is dissipating. I'd like to to look at the dugout and see all the players leaning on the dugout rail, watching the game being played.

These kids are allowed to do whatever they want. I'd like to Rossy to enforce a dress code. You get the feeling that some of these kids are more concerned on how they look than performing on the field. The Yankees excel in this area. No pony tails or dreadlocks floppy around. Maybe there should be a dress code coach. For me too many coaches are not good. Who do you listen to. Here are my necessary coaches

Bench coach
1st and 3rd base coach
Hitting coach
Pitching coach
Outfield and infield coach
Bullpen coach
Discipline coach
That's enough coaches.
Maybe throw in a psychological coach
