#1 How the #### you can say that YD had a good outing is beyond me. That outing was CRAP!
#2 TE better get off his ### and get this team some relief help. Maybe they can afford some help if they were to use the $$$$ collected from the sale of the seats.

In fairness to Cole he said it was the best outing of his Cubs career, not necessarily a good outing.

It was both. He lasted longer than he ever has in a Cubs uniform, and he spared the bullpen from a 6 inning outing, that would most assuredly have ended in another loss. How can you call it a bad outing, Munchman? Oh, maybe the three homers and 6 runs? I'm pretty certain that the Cubs also hit 3, as the wind was blowing out at about 40 mph. I realize that maybe your idea of a good outing is 8 scoreless innings, with 14 strikeouts (as most anyone would), but you have to look at the bigger picture. Had Maddon not sent him out to start the 8th, odds are that performance would have gotten Darvish a win.
