Never heard Boog call a game before so I will reserve judgement. I did go to youtube and found only one game were he called Jeter's walk off basehit in his last at bat at Yankee Stadium. Eeeeh.
I guess I'm still used to how excited Harry & Jack would get on a game ending hit. I like the name. Reminds me of a player I watched when I was a kid, "Boog" Powell. Anyways welcome to the Friendly Confines Boog!
p.s. He does have a cool baritone voice!
